At Nyes Racing Engines, we realized many years ago that CNC was the most precise way to machine an engine and its components. We have invested heavily in Rottler Manufacturing, as they are state of the art in CNC engine machining. We have two 4 axis machines that we do all of our block machining on. In addition to that, we have two 5 axis head porting machines, a diamond cylinder hone, and a multi angle valve seat cutting machine.

 

To compliment the CNC equipment, we use a Hines balancing machine to balance our crankshafts, the latest dyno software from SuperFlow to dyno test our engines, and a cylinder head flow bench.
